Director of Online Program
Juan Melo, born and raised in Argentina, has an associate degree in Hotel Management and a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, has also a profound interest in technology and how online tools improve the peoples life. Before the pandemic, most of his work was behind a desk and that put him on weight quickly, feeling heavy, older and without stamina. Soon he found that fitness was the best way to feel good, training at home during the lockdown was the best thing he could do since he had the control of his body, physical and mental health. Living proof that these programs work, following our three pillars (exercise, nutrition and accountability) he lost 40lbs in his path, and is eager to show others the right way to reach their goals. In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, motorcycle riding, movies or 'binge-watching' a new TV series. A gathering for a nice Argentine barbecue with friends is a must from time to time. Workouts and fitness are part of his daily priorities now, and not something to do "on free times''. By the way, Emma (his yorkie) is his Sr Accountability Assistant, they'll both hold you accountable through this path to a healthier life!
Kelsey Gonzalez is a registered dietitian with a master's degree in dietetics administration and has been working in the health and nutrition field for over a decade. She achieved her bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University and continued on to complete her dietetic internship through Utah State University, where she discovered her passion for nutrition counseling. After five years as a registered dietitian, Kelsey went back to school in order to pursue her master's degree in dietetic administration at Utah State University, where she focused on business management, entrepreneurship and counseling. She has worked in a variety of settings including weight loss counseling, corporate wellness and sports nutrition with collegiate athletes.

Abe is an incredible athlete and motivating person. He is L1 Certified. If you run up the hill, he will follow you and make sure you finish the workout no matter what. He will motivate you even if you are having a bad day. Abe's stretching techniques will help you become a better athlete and increase your flexibility and reduce soreness. He enjoys running trails and marathons and will help you improve in your cardio and recovery. Abe loves being apart of our community and it shows.
Online & In Person Coach
Vincent is a personal trainer and fitness model. He has a ton of energy and is really fun to be around! Vincent has a major passion for living a healthy lifestyle and helps every member achieve that goal. He has really helped people change the make up of their bodies, supporting them every step of the way. He specializes in toning and bulking. Vincent is also a student at the prestigious John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan. He also doesn't put up with excuses, so let's get to work!!!!!!!
